Physical, mental and financial well-being are often the focus when it comes to people experience. But what about career development, social interactions and culture? How do those fit in the mix? And why should you care?
On August 16, Monica Guinn & Jeff Bastien from RogersGray and Amanda Bailey, CHRO at Boston University will we facilitate conversations and activities that focus on three often overlooked areas of the people experience:
• Career wellbeing. Learn about the importance of creating employee career paths, training and development of management teams, and using workforce training grants to pay for (some of) it.
• Social well-being. From every day interactions to informal 1 to 1s to developing a formal mentoring program, meaningful relationships are vital to a positive workplace experience. Additionally, you’ll hear from mentors and mentees about their workplace experiences.
• Culture and community. Focus on creating cultures inclusive of remote and in-office employees as well as the importance of providing flexibility to employees while handling the challenges this flexibility presents.
During this interactive workshop, you’ll work individually and in small groups to answer questions like:
• How to collect and share information that gets buy-in from senior leaders?
• How to create a workable plan to achieve goals?
• How to communicate initiatives and measure the impact for ongoing success?
This 3-hour workshop is packed with learning, connection, and resources for you to elevate the people experience at your workplace.
