Sara Collins joined HUB in 2016, bringing with her a multi-faceted strategic consulting background in employee benefits and leadership. She spent the prior 12 years with Humana focused on employee/leader engagement and organizational development. Preceding areas of expertise during her time with Humana include relationship management, training and development, and communications.
Currently, Sara serves the New England Region in a Strategic Consulting capacity working with client groups to create quality employee experiences and drive retention through enhanced benefit and total reward programs.
