President Trump’s recent Executive Order, "Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity," introduces major changes for federal contractors, private employers, grant recipients, and educational institutions.
This sweeping Order eliminates affirmative action requirements for federal contractors, introduces new compliance certifications, mandates sweeping changes to DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives in the federal sector and heightened scrutiny over “illegal" DEI programs in the private sector. Additionally, it sets the stage for aggressive enforcement under the False Claims Act, raising the stakes for noncompliance.
Join us for this critical webinar as we break down the key provisions, explore their legal and organizational implications, and discuss steps for navigating the evolving regulatory landscape.
