HR professionals, regardless of their specific roles and responsibilities,
frequently manage a variety of projects, many of which are strategic and
have far-reaching organizational impact. In today’s hybrid work environment,
managing these initiatives has become increasingly complex. Yet, advancing
these projects remains essential for the success of both employees and the
organization.
This virtual program, designed specifically for HR and people professionals,
provides a clear and practical framework for managing initiatives of any size
or impact, whether conducted virtually or in co-located settings. Participants
will engage with an HR-focused case study to apply the concepts introduced
during the workshop. Additionally, numerous mini case studies and
discussions topics are threaded throughout the workshop, allowing
participants opportunities to begin to apply what they learn in small group
breakout sessions.
To support participants both during and after the workshop, a detailed PDF
participant guide will be provided, as well as several templates to enable
them to help plan and manage various projects and initiatives more
efficiently.
