Internal gigs is a talent marketplace that matches employees to special projects available outside of their teams and daily work. The program aims to promote self-directed learning opportunities for employees while helping out teams that have seasonal spikes, backlogs, or special projects; creating a system that mutually benefits the participant and the business. Employees that participate in gigs exhibit higher productivity, enhanced skills, and broaden their network.
