Learning & Development Forum Series: Demystify Virtual Leadership and Maximize Team Collaboration and Engagement with Coaching (December)

For leaders who have spent years managing in an office setting, the change to a hybrid workplace model has brought with it challenges and uncertainties. This session will focus on ways to equip leaders to create and maintain a healthy culture while leading virtually.  

We will cover the differences between team coaching and group coaching, and how group/team coaching can complement 1:1 executive coaching to increase team collaboration and engagement in a hybrid model.  We will also discuss the benefits of group and team coaching, topics that are often raised in group coaching sessions, expectations for coaches in a group/team coaching sessions, and how a coach can facilitate a safe, effective group coaching experience.  

Ways to tap into coaching for a more collaborative, supportive virtual/hybrid employee experience will also be shared.
