Young professionals are eager for training and development programs. Research continues to show that Gen Z and Millennials want mentors, not bosses, and they will leave companies who don’t place emphasis on helping them grow. How do companies develop effective, individualized programs that provide young professionals with the personalized support they need to reach high levels of performance and career growth as well as have longer term tenures? Join us as we discuss the pros and cons of developing internal mentoring programs vs. bringing in external coaching and training.
