Learning & Development Forum Series: Leveraging Behavioral Data to Increase Facilitator Effectiveness (June)

All Learning and Development practitioners know the incredible energy and reward that comes from genuinely connecting with training participants, meeting the needs of a group, and creating a learning experience that resonates and shifts behaviors.  But sometimes, despite the most thoughtful intake and stakeholder engagement efforts, we can walk away wondering if participants left feeling motivated and equipped to turn their learnings into action.

Many organizations use behavioral assessments such as MBTI, Predictive Index, and StrengthsFinder in their hiring and internal talent mobility processes.  When used responsibly and in concert with other sources of information, behavioral data can also be an effective tool for L&D.

By joining this virtual live session, you will:

  • Have the opportunity take your own confidential behavior assessment
  • Learn more about your needs and potential biases as a facilitator
  • Understand how to leverage behavioral data (agnostic of a specific assessment) to predict the needs and tailor learnings to meet the needs of the audience at hand

Once registered, we will email a link to complete your confidential personal behavioral assessment. The assessment will take less than 10 minutes to complete, and you and the facilitators will receive a copy of it in advance of the workshop.
