Join us for our first-ever Learning & Development Community Forum where we will explore the strategic impact of L&D. The session will be held virtually, and is complimentary – NEHRA membership is required. Participants will: 

• Discuss how Learning & Development contributes to organizational success
• Investigate a new model for making the strategic connection between L&D and business goals
• Apply these learnings to their own organizations in order to articulate the specific strategic impact of their L&D function and of the learning and development activities undertaken by their employees, managers and leaders.
