The IBIS Diversity & Inclusion: A Business Imperative e-learning course is comprised of scenarios that provide information on the individual actions and best practices that contribute to an inclusive environment. It provides practical information to help learners understand the business case for diversity, respond effectively to differences, and increase the level of inclusion in their work area(s). Learners can choose whether to have the program narrated or to simply read each screen on their own. Highlights of this 20-30 e-learning program include:
