Jennifer Perlitch

Jennifer Perlitch, RPh, Assistant Vice President, Pharmacy, is an accomplished clinical pharmacist with an extensive background across a diverse 30 years of experience. Jennifer serves as a subject matter expert and is highly focused on analyzing pharmacy spend and trends and using prescribing patterns to identify significant outliers, and to optimize the use of medications to support clinical goals. She has extensive knowledge in value-based contracts and works closely with both internal and external stakeholders on the strategy, design, and implementation of programs and initiatives to ensure optimal financial and quality performance in Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid populations.

Prior to working with Spring, Jennifer worked as a Clinical Pharmacist and Population Health leader at Beth Israel Lahey Health where she was keenly focused on medication optimization, analyzing prescribing patterns to understanding drug spend and trend, the rising costs and utilization of specialty medications, and various population health initiatives focused on meeting or exceeding HEDIS targets. She also created and served as the Rising Risk Disease Management Program Manager which focused on patients living with chronic disease(s) and the intersection/interdependency of medications and wellness. For over 15 years prior, Jennifer worked in varying roles at CVS Health, playing an active role in the training and development of future leaders, leading pilots to evaluate clinical and operational programs prior to company rollout, and partnering with managed care organizations on population-health based initiatives.  

Jennifer graduated from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Business Administration at Nichols College in Dudley Massachusetts.

Harindra Sebastian

Harindra Sebastian, FSA, FCIA, MAAA, MBA is National Chief Health Actuary of Alera Group, who brings to bear 20 years of actuarial consulting experience, having served some of the largest and most complex clients in both the U.S. and Canada, across a wide range of industries. His prior roles have encompassed client relationship management, sales growth leadership, financial management, intellectual capital development, and actuarial leadership.

Harindra’s client roster has included manufacturers, healthcare organizations, universities, banks, retailers and power generation companies. His experience spans group benefit plan strategy, pricing, financial management, program design, and vendor management, including projects on due diligence for M&A deals, union negotiations, settlement of unfunded retiree benefit obligations, and guidance on cost reduction and talent attraction/retention through plan redesign.

Harindra holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Teri Weber

Teri Weber, MBA, PMP, GBA, ICCIE is a Senior Vice President with Spring Consulting Group, An Alera Group Company, LLC. She has fifteen years of experience in health and welfare plan strategy, design, pricing, and implementation. She also works with absence management programs, including disability, family medical leave and leave of absence tracking. Her areas of expertise have allowed her to work with diverse employers and vendors to streamline processes and programs to meet the needs of insurers, administrators, employers and employees. Prior to joining Spring, Teri worked with Watson Wyatt, Buck Consultants and AON Consulting. Teri earned a BS at the University of Connecticut and a MBA at the University of Massachusetts. She is a licensed broker in the states of MA and CT, has ACI and PMP certifications and is on the Board of Directors for the New England Employee Benefit Counsel (NEEBC). Teri was one of five finalists for BenefitPro’s 2020 Broker of the Year Award.
