Ashley Mallette is an HR Generalist at Oriol Health Care, currently specializing in benefits and HR information systems. She works with employees to make sure that they have a clear understanding of all their company has to offer them and how to fully utilize their benefits. Ashley believes that all employees should feel supported by their employers and have a solid support system within their company.

Ashley is a certified Associate Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resources Certification Institute and holds a Masters in Public Administration from the McCormick School of Public Policy from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. Ashley is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Psychology in Organizational Leadership from William James College.
