Creating Exceptional Employee Engagement – Beyond the DUNKIN Gift Card

Did you know that we humans are distracted 47% of the time? “Some would argue that human attention, not money, is the most valuable commodity there is,” said Angela Duckworth, the author of “Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance,” “It’s the ultimate scarce resource.”

With more traditional participation strategies (communication and incentives), engagement rates for employee wellbeing programs are around 30%.  So how do we break through the clutter to create higher levels of engagement and persistence with the valuable services many employers offer?

Join some of New England’s most engaging employee benefits professionals for a data-filled roundtable on creating Exceptional Employee Engagement.  In this session, we’ll:

·      Discuss how allowing the Generational and Persona Differences in our workforce to drive our strategic approach to engagement is far more effective

·      Explore different Participation Strategies and trade stories with participants on their successes and failures

·      Have a lot of fun while learning together
