Community Forum Series: Micro-Actions for Macro Impact

Micro-actions are the small actions that can have an outsized impact on your interactions with others either positively or negatively. Micro-aggressions are those things that make people feel excluded or not valued and micro-affirmations have the opposite effect. This community forum will be focusing on exploring about what micro-actions are, the impact that they can have and then thinking about the action steps that those participating can take to improve their interactions with others.
