Ben Graves is an associate director of research and compliance in the employee benefits division of Hays Benefits Group LLC.
His responsibilities include providing technical and compliance advice for cafeteria plans, COBRA administrative services and plan document management. He conducts seminar presentations and Webcasts for Hays clients on topics ranging from COBRA, consumer driven health care, integration of Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), and workers’ compensation, among others.
Prior to joining Hays Companies, Ben was the director of compliance for A.E. Roberts Company, a nationally recognized training and consulting company for human resources, benefits and insurance professionals.
Through his past experience, he consulted with management personnel and individual clients on employment related matters and has personally trained more than 4,000 human resources and benefits professionals.
