Paid family and medical leave benefits will be available to Massachusetts employees on January 1, 2021 -- a date that is rapidly approaching.  This session provides an overview of the Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave Act, what it requires of employers, and what employers should be thinking about moving forward, especially in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
