WHY

The ability to lead an organization through change is an essential leadership skill. It’s particularly critical for HR Professionals, who are often called upon not only to lead it, but to support top leadership in change efforts.  While we all may wish that the post-pandemic era signaled the finish line for the marathon of difficult changes, that’s not the reality we face. Change is constant, and external and internal forces will continue to impact and move our organizations forward. While change is certainly challenging and often uncomfortable, it enables the organization to grow, innovate and compete in a global marketplace.  Participants in this program will receive in-depth training on leading organizational change – from starting an organizational change initiative through to sustaining of that change once implemented. Participants will receive a variety of tools and templates to use back in the workplace.
